Gas Mixtures are prepared and blended using compressed gases consisting of two or more components that are homogeneously blended using gravimetric and partial pressure techniques to meet the customers stringent requirements of consistency, stabitlty, treacibility, Blend Tolerances, Analytical Accuracy and Reliability.
Process gas mixtures are used as reactants in processes, in welding applications, in Lamp industry, metallurgical heat treatment, biological research etc.The mixtures and the components are required more for the qualitative properties of the components than their exact certified concentration and composition levels. These gas mixtures normally have a minor component accuracy of 10% of component concentration or 1% absolute, whichever is higher.
